The cabin crew on my flight were genuinely nice and helped me with my bag, which I really appreciated. It wasn’t some fancy service, but treating people with basic kindness and respect matters more to me than extras. The whole flight felt calm and easy, and I’d be happy to fly with them again.

Boarding was frustrating. The line barely moved, and it felt like the staff couldn’t figure out which group was supposed to go next, so everyone just hovered around the gate. On top of that, they kept checking and re-checking everyone’s info like we hadn’t already been verified multiple times. It made the whole process feel way more chaotic than it needed to be.
